Waiting for the parade to begin...Last Saturday we went to the Elmhurst St. Patrick's Day Parade with my parents. We invited Auntie Cole to come along with her niece Maria. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! The boys and I got a little sun too! We started off in our winter coats and ended up in our fleeces:) The highlight was the parade marchers throwing candy at the kids. "Candy! Candy! Plllleeeeaaaaassseeee!" I can still hear it:) The boys walked away with their pockets FULL of candy. It was a great time and a nice tradition!
